*We will recommend communities that are a good fit for you, based on your assessment. We will then put together a personalized itinerary and accompany you on a tour of those facilities.
*While on the tour, we will make sure all your questions are answered so you can make an informed decision.
*During the transition, we help facilitate your move, assist with paperwork, and provide any referrals you may need, including movers, packers, in-home caregivers, Elder Law attorneys, veterans’ assistance, and real estate agents.
*We remain your advocate even after you move. Should you have additional needs, we offer continued support so you can age in place. If you need financial assistance, we offer resources that could be available to you.
